Note: You can cancel your order only before a tracking number is issued. Once your tracking number is given to you, you can no longer cancel. Additionally, any items AND orders with express shipping cannot be cancelled or refunded.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! No refunds, returns, changes to order, and exchanges once the item is shipped out and or started production. Please read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right on our behalf. 

PURE HEART IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST PACKAGES THROUGH SHIPMENT!! CONTACT SHIPPING CARRIER IF LOST.

CHARGEBACKS/DISPUTES: If you place an order, and then dispute the purchase, we will file an investigation with your bank. We are not responsible for lost funds due to the bank siding with us.
